Creamy Mushroom Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

2 pieces of chicken breast

650 grams of mushrooms

1 pack of pasta

500 milliliters of cream

A tablespoon of butter

4 cloves of garlic (grated)

Salt

Black pepper

How to cook creamy mushroom pasta?

To make this delicious and easy dish, you should start by chopping chicken breasts into small pieces. Put the small pieces of chicken in a saucepan, fill the pan with enough water to cover the chicken completely. Take the pot with water and chicken pieces to the stove and continue boiling until the chickens are soft. Separate your chicken pieces from the water but do not pour your scalding water because you will use it again. If the water you boiled in the chicken is too low, add water to it and take it back to the stove. When the water starts to boil, drop a packet of pasta into the water to boil it.

What are the ingredients for creamy mushroom pasta?

After boiling your pasta, drain it with a strainer and set aside. After washing your mushrooms thoroughly, chop them upright and finely. Take a spoonful of butter and 650 grams of finely chopped mushrooms in a shallow pan. On low heat and cover the pot and cook the mushrooms with butter for about 20 minutes. Then, when the mushroom starts to release the juice, continue mixing, adding the boiled chicken pieces and grated garlic cloves in turn. You should use low fire while doing these procedures. Finally, add the boiled pasta, cream, pepper and salt and mix for one last time and close the lid of the pan. After closing the lid of the pot, wait 10 minutes and turn off the heat after 10 minutes. Do not open the lid of the pot when the heat is turned off and let it rest for 15 minutes in this way. While serving, you can try to decorate your spaghetti with grated cheddar. Bon Appetit!
